Who owns the work I put up on Art Made Daily?
You do. By using the ArtMadeDaily.com you are providing warrantee that you hold the copyright to the work you are sharing in your gallery or selling in your store. You guarantee that the work is produced by you alone, or with a collaborator in which you both share ownership. You also warrant that you have permission from the collaborator to show the work.
If you plan on sharing projects you completed as "work for hire" in your portfolio gallery you must do so with written permission from all clients involved. For instance, if you completed a piece of work as an employee for a firm that was hired to produce creative content for a client, you may need to get permission to share that work.
If you plan to share work produced by someone other than yourself you can only do so in your blog and you must do so with their permission. We respect our artists' right to retain copyright to their own work. What you do with your work is up to you.
